Federated Register is a new feature of the European Patent Office (EPO) database. It provides information on the legal status of European patents in the national phase. With a single click, customers in Norway and abroad get an overview of the registers in all the designated countries for an EP patent. EP patents made in Norway are now included in this overview, and information is obtained via our APIs.

Read more about how to use the registry here.

Many changes have been made in our new Search Service. One of these is the brand new feature Trademark Search.

However this is still in beta and should therefore not be considered a finished product. Viewing on mobile devices for example, is not yet supported. We have chosen to do an early release and look forward to your feedback.

Unfortunately new cases will only be updated to a limited degree during the first few weeks. The Search Service as you know it today will continue to be available as usual.

Login and the registration of new customers
